Great high-end experience, typical of Four Seasons. We appreciated the welcoming glass of champagne after our trip. Our large, quiet room was on a high floor with a balcony looking toward the waterway and Miami beyond. Ultra-clean! We sat in the lobby just to absorb the history of the place. Our dinner at the Surf Club was delicious and perfect, the cherry on the top of our stay. Hotel is close to Bal Harbor for fun shopping (real or window). Everyone we encountered was great. Overall, a relaxing and luxurious stay!

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

The location exceptional . The service excellent! Not only within the hotel , but at the beach unusually good and by the pool as well ! The rooms are well decorated, very cool and plenty of well finished details , We stayed at an oceanfront one room suite and couldn’t have been more confortable with a breathtaking view .

Room spacious, very clean I have stayed previously and prefer to stay at this hotel in fact I visit a few times a year only stopping due to pandemic last year.
